Clever Horse Shipping & Delivery

Clever Horse uses the locker courier system, Pudo, to distribute products nationwide (South Africa).

Pudo utilises lockers conveniently located throughout South Africa. Once the parcel has been collected from Clever Horse, it will be delivered to your selected locker within 1-4 working days. 

Once delivered to your locker, you will receive a notification with a PIN code that will open your locker. Pudo lockers are accessible 24/7 which means you don't have to worry about being home for delivery. Simply collect your parcel from your Pudo locker whenever suits you within 36 hours of receiving your notification.

Should you miss the 36 hour window to collect your parcel, it will be taken back to the nearest Pudo depot and a new delivery will be scheduled.

All delivery costs are calculated according to Pudo rates and are not dictated by Clever Horse.
